Revolutionary War Privateer Capt.

Had this Hasslefree mini in my bitz box for months now and just now got around to assembling and painting him. This is probably the nicest 28mm historical mini I've ever done, great detail.

He's based on a wooden shape, floored with scale lumber to represent a ship's decking. I painted him as an American Privateer during the Revolutionary War (and, yeah, he stole a Red Coat!).

First Completed Mini of 2011: True-scale Deathwatch Marine

Well, being terribly ill for the first few days of the new year doesn't really help my modeling o painting, but I was finally able to get around to completing this true-scale Deathwatch Tactical Marine for Inquisimunda.

I'm sure there are a lot of people clammering for the Fist Chapter symbol decal on his pauldron, but I actually like it without (and besides, I don't have an SM decal sheets!).

Additionally, I have a lot more minis to paint, mostly Reaper and one Hasslefree I've had milling around for months now....

Completed: HazMat Troopers

Aliens? Zombies? Toxic Waste Mutant Animals!? These guys can handle it all...
